To mobilize Indian-Americans and the international community at large in support of Sahyog Special Schools, our friends in the United States have established Sahyog International Foundation – a 501 (c) (3) public charity – in New York.

Sahyog International Foundation
Foundation Objectives:
- Support educational programs for persons with disabilities, especially for children.
- Support training and placement programs for persons with disabilities.
- Support rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities.
- Support parent counseling programs for persons with disabilities, especially for children.
- Sponsor sports and cultural activities for persons with disabilities.
- Increase public awareness about the needs, capabilities and rights of persons with disabilities.
- Promote the principles/guidelines adopted by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2006).
- Conduct any other relevant activities, which assist or support in evolving capacities of persons with disabilities and build respect for their identities.
